In April, we shopped, made arrangements for delivery and planting of arborvitae, red maples, and other flowering plants for our home. Today, was our delivery day and the two young (and strong) men were wonderful. They arrived on time, were very polite, neat, thorough, respectful of our purchase as well as the yard, mulched and even took the pieces of concrete away with them that my husband discovered when he was digging a hole for the lilac bush! The yard is beautiful, as it always is, when North Branch plants for us! It was a real treat to have such professional people to deal with when investing in our living area. The sales staff spent quite a bit of time with us, never rushed us and knew what she was doing. Again, very thorough and professional. It was all done right- the first time! Thank you. I have enjoyed a great relationship with Northbranch Nursery for over 10 years, which is why I’m disappointed to say that relationship seems to have come to a screeching halt. Since Karen Himelhan joined the landscape design team, her negative and confrontational communication style has overshadowed the excellent work the grounds crew consistently provides. I’ve used Northbranch Nursery for landscaping services at both of my homes, and anytime I’ve raised questions about billing or addressed concerns regarding the work, the response has felt defensive and combative rather than collaborative. When paying nearly $4-5,000 for a service, I believe customers are justified in asking questions or expecting concerns to be addressed professionally. Unfortunately, instead of listening and working toward solutions, Karen often appears focused on finding loopholes or excuses to avoid responsibility. The tension this creates is noticeable — even staff members seem uneasy when she arrives on-site. That’s unfortunate because everyone should be working toward the same goal: a beautifully landscaped property, a positive working relationship, and a professional, knowledgeable team that values custom

Beautiful plants at reasonable prices. Every plant was labeled for Sun and Shade and selection was wonderful. Asked a young lady about a plant I was looking for and she immediately took me to the plant I described as "dotted leaves with pink and purple flowers". Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I will go back with the hubby for him to do some heavy lifting and purchase lots.

This is a well organized nursery and is easily navigated. The customer service is excellent, several employees passed by asking if help was needed. Great selection of plants, shrubs, and perennials.
